We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window: We accept returns on new and open-box items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fees: Open-box items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items that are damaged or show signs of abuse may be subject to a higher restocking fee at our discretion, or the return may be rejected entirely.

Defective Items: Defective items are subject to warranty inspection and acceptance by the manufacturer and/or distributor. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim, and we will work with you through the process.

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original or open-box condition as described above. We reserve the right to assess the condition of any returned item before issuing a refund.
